Hey.  I just randomly found you on here.  I am currently diagnosed Bipolar II.  I definitely have always been on the spectrum, though, never any true manic episodes.  Plenty of cycling and hyperthymia, plenty of closing the curtains and isolating.  I take really good care of myself too.  No caffeine, rarely alchohol, I try to sleep regularly.  I noticed that you are on zoloft.  zoloft is what made me really sick.  It got me ramped.  I had several psychiatrists try to do the anti-depressant thing - and it always made me worse.  Lamictal and seroquel got me straightened out.  I'm currently off all meds (since June) and watching really carefully.  Just started medhelp.com last week.  Wanted to drop you a note about the zoloft, because it was so bad for me.  I got that kindling effect.  :)
