A few tips I thought I’d share…
Popcorn is one of my favorite healthy treats – you get serious volume for very few calories.
Also water mix-in’s are great for getting in all your water (which can be borring). Because they have become really popular lately there are lots of choices at the grocery store – Lipton has great green tea ones.
Slice fruit – I know its silly, but if I slice it I eat it, if its sitting around whole I don’t.
