Just a quick note to say hi! I can relate to your frustrations on trying to get phelgm up. I am at the end stages of my copd, and today I had such a hard time breathing and trying I felt I was suffocating, that I took 3 predisone (10)mg plus 2 zanex on top of my other medications and lied down .The feeling of suffocation eventuallly left, Please tell me if you know of a product that might help me get the phelzm up. Mucinex does not work.
