Just a quick note to say hi!
had 2 blood assays one from a gp the other a pdoc(he included HbA1c)
so same time same diagnostic tool A1c for GP is 5.5 pdoc is 5.2 HHmmmm
so Kaspar Med labs:

~60 gm lasagna: pyllium husk and green tea reading is on the 1 hr marker (peak glucose) will test on 2 hr marker see if pyllium is delaying absorption.
