Hi there... I added the tracker a few days ago... i'm on my 4th day free of ALL MEDS. I'm beyond thrilled. I was just wondering if you could answer a question for me. Does the amount of days automatically show up in the tracker or do I need to put that in there myself? And if I have to do it myself.. how do I do it???
Congratulations on your amazing success. How awesome for you. I can't wait until I have 70 days under my belt. It can be done... my brother has 22 YEARS under his without a relapse. Awesome huh? Keep un the great work.
