Just a quick note to say hi! Looks like you're doing great on FL4I. I noticed your BMI is around 35. How tall are you? Congrats on moving from a size 16 to a 14!
I'm still between. In Jeans and dresses I can get into a 14, but not in tops. Looks like our measurements are pretty close to the same....I weigh 8 more lbs than you do and my BMI is about 31, so I'm just trying to figure out why your BMI is higher. I have finally decided to quit the FL4I diet because of some of the food choices and having had a heart attack and stents put in 09/09/09. I'm very fearful of having the "big one" and I know that eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese and stuff like that is only setting myself up for another heart attack. Right now I'm just using the same principle of only eat until satisified as FL4I
Just a quick note to say hi! Looks like you're doing good on FL4I! I turned Helen (whatawoman72) onto this program. It works great as long as you stick to the plan. I've been on and off of it for a couple months, but have learned to maintain and not over do it when I'm not on the program or on the "cheat days". I'm planning on starting back on FL4I again in a week or so...maybe sooner. Best of Luck to you!
Man oh man, I'm working hard on the weight loss and even getting some exercise in and I'm going up! Am flaring right now so wonder if the inflammation causes weight gain?...
