Sorry to hear about your weight gain, but I'm glad that you are back setting more goals for yourself. I've been using a site called ***********.com and I've had a great success. I even started running this week. I think you said you had good success walking. Why don;t you try to go for a walk a few times to regain focus this week. Good luck!
