Hey Steve . You're doing EXCELLENT in tracking your exercise and you have developed a steady and progressive walking program!  YEAHHH YOUUU!!!!  Love those other exercises you're doing as well .. and remember to mix it up so your body gains the maximum benefit from your effort.  YOU WALKED A MOUNTAIN!!!  I am so PROUD of YOU .. and you are definitely an inspiration!  Very best wishes!!!
