Not trying to sound like a know it all, but be so humble and grateful that your addiction hasn't progressed on to something like heroin or even worse methadone. That's like 2 mths of withdrawals, I know I did it and with no medical supervision or meds. This disease is progressive, chronic and fatal. Meaning it only get worse if it's not arrested. Meetings are great. NO condemnation prior to investigation. You just might learn something that can stop your active addiction. Thank you so much for recognizing you have a problem. Most people can not do that, now try a meeting. Remember it's only an hour a day. I appreciate you!!!
