Just a quick note to say hi!
Just wanted to let you know I can relate. If you ever want to talk, you know where to find me.
Hope you feel better soon!

Just wanted to let you know I can relate. If you ever want to talk, you know where to find me. I also take Amitriptyline (awkward but correct spelling I think!) this helps me with my muscle spasms - these were so bad I was unable to put my feet down & was walking on my toes not good as I was on my honeymoon doing that; it got some strange looks I can tell you!! But although its not as effective now they have worsened it does help . xx
