Hey girl...I was on Medhelp a number of years ago. I tracked my weight and when I started gaining, I just gave up.

Don't give up....do research and find out what works for you. I've found Fat Loss 4 Idiots recently and today is my 7th weigh in and I've lost 11.4 lbs so far.

If this fast food junkie, sweet addict can do it anyone can.

Hang in there and just figure out what will work to keep you on track for you goal weight.

I've been really depressed lately and it's been reflected in my weight gain. The worse it gets, the more weight I gain.
