Congratulations! Time for a celebration...another day down & another day added to the rest of your life span as you are freeing up the damage from your lungs by staying the course.  I know that it is difficult sometimes but don't fret it will get easier again.  You may be under a little more stress that is causing you to want to give in but stay the course you will win this minor battle.

Well done...keep up the good work!
well done, I've quit and started sooooo many times...its almost laughable I don't even tell anyone anymore they just laugh!!
try again TODAY....
keep it up..this isn't easy
you know gotta tell you, my son is 38(soon 39) and he's been my biggest downer ever since he was old enough to talk....couldn't stand the smell of cigarettes and complained CONSTANTLY....
well due to alot of anxiety issues(living here for awhile)...in June he asked to have one...surprised the sh*****t outa me, he said you know these really do help the nerves...
soon one became 2....within 10 days he was buying his own and within a MONTH he was HOOKED!!!!
....told me he would never have believed just how ADDICTING they could be!...

Congratulations! Time for a celebration...Just a thought, your road to quit may be bumpy & has been for about 2 yrs but remember your addicition to them started & occurred for many more years.  So hang in there it will become easier the longer you keep at it.  I will continue to lift you up in prayer that you may remain strong.
