Congratulations! Time for a celebration...another day down & another day added to the rest of your life span as you are freeing up the damage from your lungs by staying the course. I know that it is difficult sometimes but don't fret it will get easier again. You may be under a little more stress that is causing you to want to give in but stay the course you will win this minor battle.
