Hi there. I am very new at this and that is definately not what I wanted to say. Actually what I wanted to say is that I feel your frustration with your energy levels or is that lack of energy plus the pain but I see you still manage to push yourself to be active to a certain point. However I noticed your main areas of Pain are different to mine. Not that it makes any difference. We still have sleepless nights and depression. I have only really known what this is for 1 month so I'm still trying to adjust to it. I am in South Africa so I don't even have the meds you do. But you have given me inspiration to push myself and not to give in.
