hello. if your cycle is 29 days, your ovulation day has to be day 15 because my ob/gyn and my sister (she's a midwife) told me that the luteal phase is ALWAYS 14 days long. so the day you get your period, count back 14 days, and that's when you've ovulated. the first phase is what varies. the luteal phase does not vary...it's always 14 days.
if your cycle is consistent, you want to have sex on day 12, 13, 14, 15. if you want a boy, then try days 14 and 15. girl, days 12, 13.
good luck! i'm hoping to be trying soon! i have two girls. i really want a boy. we'll see.
I'm just wondering if it's too early to test. Hmmm... I'm not sure exactly when I Od, but I think it was early than usual this cycle. And I haven't been adding all my BD ...
Tonights OPK scoped showed a ton of ferning. There was a small portion on the side that didn't have ferning, but I believe I should O in the next couple of days.
