I know it's hard, but remember, you get just as full eating the RIGHT things as you do eating the WRONG things. Believe me, I know. I was up to 319 at one point, now down to 212 - aiming for 140 and I WILL get there. Also, hunger pains only come once every 4 hours and only last 20 minutes...if you're eating other times, it's stress or boredom, both huge obstacles. Good luck with your goal - not just for how you'll look when you get there, but how you'll feel!
