If you ever want to talk, you know where to find me. i wish there was something i could do to help you....have you tried visualization? from your pictures, i take it you like the water. picture yourself on a beach with the whitest sand you have ever seen. you can feel the warmth of the sun on your body and hear the waves kissing the shore. you are peaceful there. you are vaguely aware of sea gulls off in the distance.....try something like that and maybe it will at help you to at least relax a bit. this is the only form of relief i have for pain. hope it helps you!
