Just a quick note to say hi! I know how frustrating this may be at first as you loose it & then gain it back as your body retaliates by storing it up. No worries, slow & steady wins this race. At my heaviest I was 360lbs, I've come along way since than but it's been a slow & steady pace & I don't have excess skin as I've discovered if you give your body time to shrink with you, your skin will shrink back taunt too. Don't give up. I'm still heavier than you & still want to get down to about your goal weight. No worries. Just keep going. Eventually our bodies & minds will be as one with our dream goal weight.
