Every morning I make my own chai w/ 3 whole cardamom pods,fresh ginger1" chunk, cinnamon stick &3 whole black peppercorns. boil 3 cups of water 10 minutes & add i cup to whole leaf Ceylon Tea. All these things can be bought much more cheaply (than pre-made tea bags) from a Middle Eastern store. You can boil up a triple batch ( spice mixture can be re-used 3 or 4 times) & store in fridge then just add the amount you want to your fresh tea leaves/bags, green tea, etc. Ymmy & plenty of anti-oxident
