I have been doing yoga and it is great. It relaxes me and I feel great. I have started some cardio( thanx barnbabe), but I don't seem to be getting anywhere. I work out like crazy til I feel like dying, and I don't seem any toner. I have those horrible love handles, and my target areas are my stomach( 2 kids) and my bum...someone help me! What am I doing wrong? I am losing my motivation to work out! It is bikini season...and I really wanna wear one!
