.I have been suffering from excessive phlegm for nearly half a year now. I would have to cough and hock for nearly an 30 minutes after I ate. I felt like I did not want to eat any longer. I felt like I was chocking on phlegm that would never stop. I rarely got a nights rest and my body was exhausted and ached from coughing so hard and hocking up phelgm. Not to mention how embarrassing it was to eat in public. I was diagnosed with allergies, asthma, sinus infection, post nasal drip and acid reflex. I list some of the medicines I have been on (that did not work); sudafed, advair, claratin, clarinex, claratin D, robotusin (to thin the mucus)albuterol, nasacrom, nasacortAQ, beconase, singulair. I was beside myself. Then I saw where someone has posted that that had bought oil of oregano. I think despair brought me to research this product and then buy it. Here was my day; as usual I got up and coughed up mucus for about one hour. Took a shower and while I coughed up more mucus (now white and thinner) I dryed my hair for work and put on my makeup, while spitting out thinner white mucus.
I got in my car to go to work and it finally settled down. Then I ate a breakfast sandwich and coughed up more white, pasty mucus. I had had it. I pulled into a health food store and bought a bottle of oil of oregano ( you have to buy it at a health food store) As directed I put 2 drops under my tounge and within 5 minutes it was over. I have been fine for days.
I eat, sleep and get up like everyone else. If you have these symptoms please put "benefits of oil of oregano" in google or yahoo and read. Then try it. I was amazed. I felt like crying, after so many diagnoses and medications I was completely frusted and exhausted. I hope you will at least read about this product, it worked instantly....right there in the car.
