keflex allergy patient given ceftriaxone| From | To | Post |
| ptkim 5/30/2006 | . | my wife had a surgery, and was given ceftriaxone IV even though patient chart said she was allergic to keflex(rash,nausea). Did the hospital make a mistake by administering ceftriaxone even though they had known she was allergic to keflex? She developed severe rash and had an acute renal failure in hospital and had to sit in ICU for 7 days. |

Keep notes of when, what time, nurses name of who administered and who ordered it for her.
