Any help?

The New-Test Forum - Airbourne Allergies

FromTo
Hi everyone,
I have a long history of allergies, hives, rashes and chronic nasal allergies. Went through testing twice, had allergy shots for years and no help.

My problem now is I am getting these sore lumps on my head that turn into itchy flaky areas. Have these flesh colored looking pimples on my forehead, behind my left ear and eyebrows, they are not red, but itch like crazy. Some of them look like they have a pin hole in the center, there is no drainage or anything but the lumps feel scaley.

My husband had an apoontment with his Dr. so I went along, he looked at my face and said it was seborrhea, but everything I read says seborrhea is red scaley patches, this is just pimple ike areas.I am using t-gel shampoo and that clears up the scalp, when I lather I make sure I put some of the lather on my forhead and behind my ears.

I used lotrimin cream on my face and behind my ear, seems to help the ear but not the face. The DR. gave me a script for topicort and after the 2nd use my skin burned like fire. I am now trying hydrocortisone. Any ideas or feedback would be appreciated.I have this for two months, the scalp thing goes away with the t-gel but comes back when I stop using it.

Thanks, Linda

That's sounds a little like what I have. I get these pimples sort of things on my scalp. While I can't see them, I have heard them pop. Mostly on the temples, where I would most likely perspire. I believe they are food/liquid intake related. I thought maybe hot/spicy foods, milk products or ???. Now, I'm wondering about my well water.

They seem to run in cycles, but my eating/drinking probably does, also.
