Weaning off Cortef

I have been on 20mg of Cortef for 3 years and am currently trying to wean off it. this is extremely difficult as my blood pressure is low and i am very weak for about 10 days each time I reduce the dose (I'm going down 2.5 mg each month. Can you suggest anything to support my system while I am weaning off the Cortef? thank you	sankah 6/29/2006	.
