persistent cough and sinus drainage with slight throat irritation

For over 2 weeks, I have been experiencing a persistent cough that is accompanied with sinus drainage, phlegm, an occasional scrathy throat, and heaviness in my chest. What are these symptons of? I am female, 55, non-smoker, and in good health otherwise.	marceesweet 7/9/2006	.
