BEE STING EXTENDED RASH

I was stung by a honey bee, Took Benyadryl, and felt fine,but a small rash appeared around the sting area. every few hours I have to take another Benyadryl or the rash becomes worse and itches. I was stung on Saturday evening and this is Tuesday. The same thing happened last year and it also lasted about three days. Is that common, a slight allergy reaction,??? Should I be taking something other than the Benydryl maybe? thank you	FANCY12155 7/26/2006	.
