poor sinuses and smell

what would be the best thing/s for everday sinus problems and poor smelling? poor sense of smell is the greatest problem. i am afraid i will die if there is a house fire because i wouldnt be able to smell the smoke.also, breath problem is probly cause by the sinus drainage, I hate to get cloose to people to speak.........PLEASE GIVE ME SOME GOOD IDEAS thanks taterd	taterd 7/30/2006	.
