Allergy sniffing,cold and chest pain

I am having 26 year old . I am having dust allergy. When I go to bed or morning when i wake up.I feel sniffing and cold. After along sniffing I will feel chest pain. I am feeling this for past 15 years..With some medicines I may be able to get a temporary relief ..But is there any way for to get a permanent relief.	whiteB 8/1/2006	.
