Food allergy..can it be

I've been getting stuffed up lately really bad..usually one nostril at a time and i went to see my ent and he said the nose looked fine..i got my deviated septum fixed and now the nose is near 100% straight nothing can make it perfect...i'm just wondering if an allergic reaction to food can cause me to be stuffed up one side at a time..thanks or even can dehydration cause me to be stuffed up any help or insight would be awesome...thanks love the website	canada110 8/5/2006	.
