allergy with itch

I have developed acne (I'm 41 years old) and it itches very badly. My skin is also very aggrevated. I'm not sure if it is a bacterial problem, because of the itch? The rash (that's what I call it) is only on my face. I have hundreds of bumps, some white, some cysts. This is very new to me, please help!! Thank you!	saltydog143 3/21/2006	.
is it just your face? maybe you should see a dermatologist. I would think that if something is surfacing on your skin like that it may be systemic??? good luck	jifnif 3/24/2006	saltydog143
Considering your age its probably not acne and is rosacea. Rosacea can also have tiny bumps that look like pimples w/o a head and pop up on your face. You should consider seeing a dermatologist.	girl522 3/29/2006	.
