| . | This may be an odd question, but it has me curious nonetheless.
I have been suffering from a chronic sinus infection for months. Augmentin did not work. The course of Levaquin I could not finish due to serious adverse reactions, and the alternative drug, I tried for one dose, and it made me miserable just as well. So, I ended up taking nothing, hoping things would not get worse. Meanwhile, my seasonal allergies kicked in, and while I have all the usual symptoms of those, my other sinus symptoms disappeared, such as temple pain, nose bleeds, bad taste in my mouth, and some systemic symptoms like joint and muscle pain, chills, and low-grade fever.
Could it be that the immune response triggered by my allergies somehow helped clear up the bugs in my sinuses? |
