Large bump on right middle finger right side.

I had a small semi painful bump on my right middle finger right side that is now pretty big uh, its numb now doesn't hurt. Near the nail its going greenish. I think its an infection of some kind I'm wondering if I can let this run its course or if I should go see the doctor.	SethXv 5/6/2006	.
