.I'm a 30 year old male who was always healthy til 8 months ago, I developed abdominal pain, frequent bowel movement and some blood in stool. But I had a colonoscopy and EGD which confirmed only some Proctitis, and it's doing better now without drugs.

4 days after the scopes, I had what felt like a rabbit in my chest, a few hard flutters and quivers in my heart and upper abdomen it seems (hard to pinpoint) and then I had near syncope. No more episodes for 2 months, then started feeling
Weakness, lethargy, mental fog, nausea, heavy chest feeling, feeling as if heart is sore when it pumps (like an aching muscle the day after a workout), irritability, and the flucuating BP and heartrate. Have measured BP low as 120/40 during a brief "episode". Did have viral head cold just before weakness etc started, BUT first syncope was months ago.

What can be tested for besides CBC, CMP, TSH, Electrolytes, EKG and Echo (all normal)? I have a Loop recorder on now, but I'm not too hopeful. What would you recommend? And what do you think is wrong with me? I fear sudden cardiac death, cancer or heart attack!!! Is that an irrational fear with these symptoms?
