I was diagnosed with LVH mild/moderate in 2014. I was 23 yrs old, active male. A year ago I got a repeat echo that showed mild LVH. And this past year I got a Cardiac MRI that showed a structurally normal heart with no traces of LVH. I’ve had hypertension most of my life so I’m hoping the findings are correct. I will drop my latest cardiac mri results here hopefully someone can tell me all was clear or not. (I know we’re not docs but some are familiar in the space) also is LVH considered heart disease if mild?
Here’s my last mri findings
