Reduce Risk with a Regular Routine

You don't need to make radical changes that won't stick. Imagine if you tried to run five miles, quit smoking, cut out hamburgers, and started your morning with yogurt all on one day. It might feel like a great day, but the habits won't stick. Just make one change a week. "It can be to try a new vegetable, like an eggplant" Bontempo says, "or just move your body more." Settle into a routine. Make that one change stick before taking on too many more.
