About Me
President of the Ear Research Foundation, a non-profit organization I started in 1979 dedicated to research, education and community service for hearing and balance disorders
Published over 250 articles for scientific publications
Published 6 books, 20 test book chapters and 6 educations videos
Present regularly at National Conferences and have presented at three International Conferences
Trained 34 Fellows
Teach an Annual Minimally Invasive Otologic Surgery Course at the Silverstein Institute
Numerous medical developments and surgical inventions including a Facial Nerve Monitor and the Silverstein MicroWick to deliver medication to the inner ear, and Laser STAMP to restore hearing in otosclerosis
Accomplished jazz pianist and composer with nine CD’s and one book on Jazz Harmony and Improvisation (proceeds from music endeavors are donated to the Ear Research Foundation)
