Chose 3 items from deli and ate with mom and friend. One item was 3 bean salad and had to enter the separate ingredients, but was easy to do and let's me be accountable for what I am eating. Immediately split the dinner into a "to go" container and can repeat this meal tomorrow afternoon or evening. ;)

The Crackers, cheese, sandwich-type -- Is really Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb Spreadable Cheese wedges (1 wedge) for 35 calories. Carbs 1, Fat 2, Protein 2.5 ... working on being able to enter it into My Foods. The crackers were wheat and I actually had 5, but 6 brought the calories to within 4 calories of what I ate. In the short term, will have to make these adjustments.

Friends in from California that I've known for 27 years .. and he grew up in Des Moines and wanted LaPizza House. So, while I didn't go to Pizza Hut, I did eat 2 small pieces and rather count higher calories than lower(LaPizza House loads their pizza with cheese). Had 5 onion rings .. so these calories would be close. Yes, I know I am going over my calories for the day. It is okay because it is 'ONE' day/meal, not multiple ones. I CHOOSE to eat a "few" of those things & count them.
