Has Anyone tried EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques Group

People with chronic stress and pain often need another tool in our toolbox in order to start feeling better. EFT is a complementary technique which works with all other treatment modalities for pain relief. It might just be what you need to jumpstart what you are already doing. If anyone here is curious about EFT, or if you have tried it and want to report back, this is a safe place to ask questions or to talk about your experience with EFT Tapping. EFT involves tapping on a few acupressure points while thinking about the pain and stress. It is easy to learn and start doing yourself, and brings relief to many who try it. You can search the internet for EFT and find guides, manuals, youtube videos and other ways to learn about EFT.
