If you regularly run out the door on an empty stomach, you may be derailing your diet before your day has even started. A good breakfast helps you concentrate in the morning and makes you less likely to overeat throughout the day. Breakfast-eaters also tend to eat an overall healthier diet than those who skip a morning meal, and are less likely to be plagued by chronic health problems like obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular issues.
