So I really have to get my diet under control if I want to avoid diabetes meds. So I've started water aerobics again. I'm keeping track of what I'm eating. Taking vitals and blood sugars 3-4 times a day. Taking mega green tea and full bars to increase weight loss and decrease hunger. Made an appointment with a nutritionist to set up carb exchange eating plan and get advice on calorie intake. Hope all of this makes a difference. Supposedly losing just 5 or 10 pounds makes a significant difference in blood glucose so we'll see.
