Felt more elated mood the early part of day.
Felt pretty good about myself for a few hours. But then started feeling more loneliness and depressed.
Tried to rest and relax some, nap.
Walked part of the mall, but had a "drunk feeling" "out of my head."
Spent time with more family. But got agitated easily from alot of loud noises.
The felt lost when I tried to drive to a place I really know well, but forgot how to get there. Fear and anxiety.

didn't start out very good.
Feeling lonely, crying. severe anxiety .
Why do I have to deal with this alone and be alone with no one but my kids, I love so much.
vomiting, sweating profusely.
vomited x 5. trying to clean it up and me. severe anxiety.
have been very thirst so far this day. Severe low back pain. dizzy. Lightheaded.Nervous, heart racing. Finally got everything cleaned up and took a shower. now more calmer. took Ativan 1 mg 1, Zantac tabs 2, Tums tabs 2
