Here I go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here I go again. The exception, this time, is that I want to lose weight. Before, I really didn't care. Now I have a reason - motivation; my wife and I are renewing our wedding vows in December, for our 25th wedding anniversary. I'd like to be able to fit into my suit that is a size 38" waist. I have let myself get out of control and gain up to 214lbs. The most I ever weighed was 220lbs. So far I've lost 4 lbs. I now weigh 210. I need to lose a total of 29 lbs. The most weight I've ever lost is 75lbs. from 220 down to 145. At 145 I was having problems; I became anemic and had to gain some weight back. I gained back to 185 which is where I'd like to be for our vow renewals in December.

Well, I started out trying to track my weight some time ago at around 195lbs. I just had too much to deal with and could not get in the right frame of mind to control my weight. So, instead of going down I went up to 208. I started getting serious on the first of July, but then the holiday... Still I am down now to 205 and will shoot for a realistic goal of 180lbs. I need to lose 25 more pounds. I think I can accomplish this by the end of the summer. I really am determined this time - it's just all those distractions like family gatherings, parties, and dinning out. I will have to stay focused!
