this pain makes me angry , like what did I do for this to flare up ,,,again ,every month omiting only march .
etheir im at the dr. for carto shots or in the er getting morh. my fam and friends are getting tired of the middle of the night calls for help getting to the er.next week I hav a trip to the beach planned , body dont mess this up .
sitting in a car on a long trip can be painful . the pain affects my mood and attitude.I hav to rest ,to keep going .
my meds make me sleepy , I have to call the shots ,know when to decline an envite , when I cant rest ,my body rebels and shuts down . some people dont understant pain and limitations .
