This headache has gone on for 2-3 weeks now. Not sure what is going on unless it is a withdrawl symptom of reduction in amt of Abilify (can no longer afford-dr doesn't give samples and I've been paying $600-700/mo for it). But then it could be when I jammed my back falling out of the shower, radiating up to my head.
Sternum pressure upon movement of arms from fracture 2 years ago!
Left arm pain- doc says I need surgery for torn ligaments in elbow.
Bi-lateral ankle pain- from landing MX motorcycle wrong too many times back in 03-05. Surgeon want to surgercally fix it- beyond what PT can correct. Most ligaments are torn (several are completely separated). When PT was working on my "post-surgery" left knee, she did a quick assessment and said she's NEVER seen ankles this loose in the history of her career.
Rt rib soreness from the shower fall when they hit the toilet on the way down.

Couple of days ago I slipped in the shower (dumba** sister left oil in the shower floor). I fell completely out of the shower and landed pretty much square on my behind. On the way down, the right side of my body hit the toilet- one of the lower ribs in now separated and one of the upper ones (under my right boob) is cracked. (Believe me- I had enough injuries- I can tell you pretty much exactly is wrong.
My pain is so bad right now I am nauseaded. Not sure what to do. Can't sleep.
I don't think I injured my freshly repaired left knee but I don't know- It hurts awful bad right now.
Gonna practice breathing exercises.
