Count Your Calories
Medhelp's free Food Diary allows users to keep track of food consumption for the day. In addition to providing a calorie counter, the Food Diary will also allow users to track their intake of macronutrients; including sugars, carbohydrates, fat, protein, and sodium; and micro-nutrients; including calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, and all the vitamins. Used in conjunction with other trackers such as the Weight Tracker and Exercise Tracker, the Food Diary will be the perfect addition to helping users achieve their health and weight loss goals. Users can set-up the Food Diary with limitations and track daily, weekly, and monthly eating habits with graphs and reports that indicate how well they are meeting their goals.

The MedHelp Food Diary helps users visualize their progress and track their stats online without a paper and pen. The data is always accessible - from the home, office, school or on vacation. In addition, users will be able to write a journal detailing their food consumption each day.
