THis is going to sound silly but I exercise with Jake. When I rock him I never sit down. I do squats and go from one side to the other. I also do lunges when I am carrying him. He loves it...things it is a game. I hold him to my chest facing out and step out lunge down and stand up then do the other leg. We do circles around the house. I also purchased a baby jogger and we go out everyday for a 2-3 mile brisk walk. He appreciates the fresh air and I like finding the hilliest route I can find. What a burn on the legs. I too do not go to the gym but hope to in the future. I am losing the weight (lost all from second pregnancy already but still taking off that last little bit from the first pregnancy (miscarriage at 17 weeks) I do look different though. Abs need work!

thanks for the info!! that was very helpful!! i would have not thought about the shoes thing, but thats a good point now that you mentioned it. do a lot of daycares think to be that careful? unfortunately i think the more you pay, the more careful they are. and we can't afford to pay top dollar :/
