Hi-- Had some of those same symptoms and was finally (after 7 docs) diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency. Bottom range number used to be 30 and now it is 50. Mine was 16. This deficiency is currently considered epidemic but we are just now starting to hear about it in the media. If someone is VitDdeficient, they cannot absorb ANY calcium and then become calcium deficient, which causes some of the symptoms you mention. Watch the video at vitamindhealth.org (takes 3-5 min to load) and if screen goes black while watching, tape spacebar on keyboard. This doc is one of top Vit D scientists in the world-- just Google his name. Also, look at info at vitamindcouncil.com. Look up calcium and Vit D deficiency symptoms. Good luck!
