I take 600mg of Seroquel XR per day and 100mg Seroquel SR - its great for the irritablity but comes with being a zombie until mid morning most of the time.
Seroquel does have side effects and some very serious ones, its a good drug and safer than some but its an atypical anti psychotic and has all the normal risks. It is however a great sleeper and low doses have less side effectsa.
