hi I just read that insulin resistance leads to poor memory so can you help me cure my skin diesease and give me a proper diet plan and also can you tell me your chil'd progress!!!!!!
Sorry, had a busy day yesterday! my email address is, lukasw108 at hot mail ******* i've got you'rs fine now, so i'll drop you an email!
My email address is lukas_w108***@**** if this works for you! Thank you
I like rice dishes yes, You're email address didn't show up? it appears as ***@**** the foods i miss the most would probly be breads and pastry foods :) which is hard to substitute a non gluten version. Im open to alot of new foods i just feel quick and easy foods are more me, but i will do anything for the diet these days!
Yesterday and today, i had some beer and bread and other gluten foods :( im finding it hard to stick to the diet, could you send some recipe's over? I have 1 week left of lectures, and an exam on tuesday!! im nervous the whole room will be quite, im determined to stick to the gluten free diet, but i seem to just live off Potato, Bacon, Chicken and Cheese and eggs, Are there any other common foods i can eat? Yesterday and today my stomach has been so bad, the gluten free diet DEFINITEY worked :) I will stick to it!! but over the holidays its going to be tuff.
I double checked my diet it was completely gluten free, im continuing with the gluten free diet. My doctor said its IBS, and has given me some stronger peppermint oil to calm my stomach and help pass the wind, and antispasmodics to help ease the contractions in my gut. From what he explained it could most definitely be what i have. He said eat little and often, this is what i did at the begining of my gluten free diet, i've never been good at eating properly on my own, maybe i should try eatign little and often, with a set diet, and when i do get symptoms, i can use the tablets the doctor gave me. maybe its a combination of both to solve my problem? he said its most definatley something i have to find the solution to myself and it will stick with me forever :(
I'm still on the diet, but since Wednesday my problems been getting more towards how they used to be, I've had alot of gas and loud noises, i havent eaten anything with gluten in, and what i eat has been pretty much the same. im not sure what it could be?
Today was almost perfect! I have so much to thank you for, i belive the diet is working. I Have a doctors appointment on friday this week, im going to tell him near enough exactly what i posted to you. Hopefully he can confirm and maybe recommend more ways to keep my noises low :)
Hi, i just want to say i cant thank you enough for your help so far! I've been eating alot of Bacon, Potato's, Ham, Eggs and Cheese in the past few days. I discovered Hienz beans are gluten free so i will try those tommrow. Im trying to get some gluten free bread and cerial too which should help alot! I've been having some constipation rather than loose stools, im not sure if that means anything? I've got some Gluten free vitamins that i've started to take. Tommrow i will go and buy some probiotics also to see if they help! i guess its a matter of time now! i'll keep you updated, thanks again.
The diets going great, im finding it easy to stick too! so shouldn't be a problem for the long term. Im still feeling the squelches and vibrations in my abdomen which hasn't seemed to improve a great deal (yet). But i have noticed an amazing drop in the amount of gas i feel moving about, as i mentioned in my post i used to get the feeling of a balloon being inflated in my abdomen... I haven't felt that since the diet! which is very good news.
Im still very worried and nervous in quiet situations, but its still early in my diet. Im wondering if i have another problem on top of a slight gluten intolerance? maybe IBS?

Thank you. He will be seen by a different endocrinologist on Thursday so hopefully we can get some medicine for him to prevent the bones from closing too soon -- aromatase keeps estrogen from closing them, but it's pretty new. They may also stop puberty with Lupron. It's scary. Thanks for your prayers. Ann
