Thank You so much it means a ton to me to have you stand behind me and say I can do it and I did do it. So it give's me the feeling that I can do other things and move on in my life. So I will be reaching out farther soon as I gain a little peace back or take a breath or two.

I forgot an important one. PM = Personal Message. You can send anyone a PM on MedHelp. Notes, what this is, are seen by everyone that comes to your profile page. PM's are seen only by the person you are sending them to. even the moderators of MH do not see them.

It's find to ask. I was confused about abbreviations when I first joined. Here are a few that I found puzzling at first. PCP = Primary Care Physician. PMP= Pain Management Physician, CP=Chronic Pain, PM= Pain Management, MH=MedHelp. A few more common ones that I use are DX=Diagnosis, HX=History, CRX = Chest X-Ray. Never be afraid to ask. You are far from old or silly. My husband is your age and I certainly don't view him as old....ok maybe he is silly sometimes...LOL. Oh, LOL= Laugh Out Loud. ;) = smile.
Any more that you can think of please feel free to ask me. I'd be happy to help. Computers have their own unique jargon that I think we often take for granted that everyone knows...but we were all new once...I am still learning and I worked using a computer daily for years. Tuck

I don't think you are rude at all. :) It took me awhile before I knew my way around the site and my own profile page. And I sometimes forget to even look at my notes!! I gladly accepted your friendship invitation. I found MH almost two years ago and have never left. I love all the support and have made some super friends here. I'm glad to add you as one.
