Sorry to have neglected you for so long, Mutsu. These "Notes" are a bit confusing for me to use still. Plus I've been building a Heart Tracker, a Sleep Tracker, two BP Trackers (AM and PM) and .... hmmm .... I thought a 5th one.
Oh yeah! A Weight Tracker, the gastro wasn't any too happy about my weight when I was last in and said if I lost any more I was to call. Yeah, right. As long as I stay w/in 110-120 lbs I'm happy. And I'm the one that counts.
Hey, congratulations on the weight loss, Mutsu. Not an easy task.
I see you have lousy sleep, eh? Ever had an in-lab sleep evaluation study?
Sleep, weight, diabetes, heart arrhythmias, high blood pressure ... they are all known to be related to OSA - obstructive sleep apnea - which is usually treated w/a CPAP or bi-level PAP.
Are you on CPAP? I'm on a bi-level PAP, but then I have COPD as well, and just recently began encountering heart arrhythmias and recently Dx'd w/A Fib. I'm about 5 hours from you in mid-Michigan.
